I went on Glenn's course in July & was so impressed with the course, that I took Glenn up on the mentoring option.
Glenn had a response to an ad he had placed. After he had determined that the seller was motivated & willing to negotiate on a price in the region of 205K he arranged a viewing, as after doing his research he determined the market value of the house to be approximately* 250k & the numbers stacked.
* I say approximately as this was a 4 bed detached house in a road with 3 bed semis.
I accompanied Glenn on Wednesday to view this property, after he had done his comps & all required research.
I witnessed the exact techniques Glenn teaches on his course being utilised during his negotiations with a gentleman who was motivated to sell his property. Glenn clearly ensured that the negotiation was based on a win win scenario & he offered to purchase the property for 205k(subject to the survey), with the seller clearly happy that Glenn had helped him!
The seller would then be renting the property from Glenn.
I then called the estate agents in the specific area on Glenn's behalf to recheck & they indicated the property would sell for 280k - 300k in the specific location.
What is also apparent is that Glenn made it clear on his course that he uses specific techniques, but it takes work.
This is absolutely apparent to me since I have been mentored by Glenn as he definitely puts the hours in.
I have started using the techniques I have learnt on Glenn's course & have placed my advert today & am awaiting responses - will keep you posted.

Just wanted to share my experiences with you regarding a course that I attended last Sat. It is ran by (G&A) a fellow SP. When I began investing in property I read a lot of books and attended a variety of seminars. These were great but very generic. I really didnt know where to start... What yield should I aim for? Should I buy units or a house? Where should I buy? etc. Going to The Property Course with Glenn answered these key questions and filled in the missing pieces of the puzzle. This gave me the confidence to get underway. I would therefore recommend this course to anyone considering getting serious, he does not try to sell products, he does offer his experience for your first/second deal if you wish only for a tiny share of your profits.

Just to confirm, I too went on the course offered by Glenn at www.thepropertycourse.co.uk
As a newbie it provided a clear and concise method of purchasing BMV properties. There was not brainwashing, no inflated promises, no hare selling - just plain facts based on Glenn's experience.
It was good to have like-minded people on the same course who shared ideas and strategies, including a mortgage broker who gave good pointers on BTL and BTS mortgages.
For anyone looking to avoid costly fees and come away with valuable information and advice, I can definitely recommend this course. Don't waste your hard-earned cash on other courses, rather use it for your 1st
| Attended G & A property course today and I am sure glad I did. It filled in the gaps which is usually not covered in manual courses like what you actually say to build rapport and soften up the vendors over the phone to see if they will bite BMV. Glenn did role playing on how he negotiates with vendors and gave real life examples of how to calculate the final asking price factoring in all cost.
The pace was just nice and the setting was really informal with us sitting in a circle and asking questions as it was just like talking to a friend. What I came away with was the confidence yes BMV does work and it is the way to go.

Firstly my credentials, I have been in property rental since 1985 and have acquired a modest portfolio with a present rental income of a little over £750K per annum. I have 5 partners the bank being the largest. It costs around 15% to operate these properties and the bank manager seems to require most of the balance that's left, something to do with interest on monies lent often referred to as a mortgage.
I have written a buying to let website due to be made live in a few weeks I will post the address when it goes live if anyone is interested.
I managed to purchases just two properties only last year as the numbers just wouldn't stack up on my calculator system. My criteria being that whatever I did it had to show a profit. As property prices had out stripped rental values recently this was becoming more and more difficult to achieve.
Now to answer your question
I attended Glenn,s course last week and cannot recommend it highly enough, it will take a couple of weeks in order for me to get things into place, work out the strategy that is likely to work for me in my area, following Glenn,s refreshing marketing methods, place adds, etc.
This course is not for whimps You have to have sufficient character, integrity, credibility and a good attitude towards people. If you are a 17 year old spotty faced yob forget it, go back to robbing old ladies.
Believe me Glenn,s fee is far too cheap for what you get on his course, I would have been more than happy to have paid ten times as much and still considered his course value for money. not forgetting his follow up service for the less confident who may need possibly that little bit of extra help i.e. he will personally assist you on your first or even second and third deal (for a small fee I understand) plus you get the telephone support he gives if required.
I was offered a deal by word of mouth two days ago. The property was on the market at £269K the vender would accept £220K in return for a quick sale (that means £200K) the property could expect to sell for £295K or rent for £1250 per month, with a little work being done on it, sadly I turned this one down as it was well out of my area, plus it was a bit rich for my first property using Glenn,s marketing techniques and would prefer to make my mistakes, if any, on a lower valued property whilst learning the ropes as it were.
I also had a very pleasant day out, the midday spread laid on by Glenn,s staff was superb I also made several new friends, the information and techniques learned was excellent, anyone spending a few of hundred pounds on this course that Glenn is running could do a lot worse.

| I was there as well. Although I haven't attended many seminars the first thing that struck me was the environment. For the price Glenn is selling this for £100 to SPs) you donât get a plush conference room in some hotel everyone sitting facing forward in regimental fashion with the presenter at the front (I'm sure he could charge twice as much if you want that). So what you're paying for is the information. Sorry, but should say tea/coffee and a sandwich lunch was included.
We all sat in a circle informally in a room. It felt more like a discussion than a lecture with Glenn guiding us through the various points he wanted to get across. I, for one, felt more comfortable to ask questions, in fact, every one there was asking them.
Now, without giving too much away, you will learn how he finds his BMV properties (advertising, leaflets) and how to "filter"out the time wasters. What costs to allow for and quite a bit more in the time. Check out his website for more details. Started at 10am until just after 3pm, but again flexible. Glenn was asked how many deals he had done - 33 in the last 12 months so we can assume he knows what he's talking about and that his system works.
I'm sure there are plenty of other alternatives to Glenn's but, as far as I am concerned, you can certainly add this one to your list of choices.

I too been to G &A course yesterday and I was impressed how easy he present the whole process from buying to selling BMV and how you can handle leads. The whole atmosphere was relaxing and informal and we all felt at ease and we can ask questions and interrupt any time. Tony2 I do agree with you there are a lot of greedy people out there but you have to agree not everyone and certainly Glenn is not one of them, he charged £100, I am sure he can make more in one of his deals. Common people it nice to have criticism but it has to be valid one.

I'm writing to recommend Glenn's course which i had attended my self yesterday, as some may already know is held in Milton Keynes. Before i gone on i would like to state as i've been on this site for a couple off months now and seen how quick, people can be to judge other intentions and spoil it for others just because we think we know it all ! "how can we dis something, we haven't even tried" . And just because we've be one doesn't mean we shouldn't go on another..!
Firstly it gave me the opportunity to meet some wonderful people whom were from all walks of back ground.. some with nothing just starting out, others with anything from 1- 30 properties and even a property developer wow.! And some of these people been in the industry before i had even been born... No dis-respect to these people.. infact i actually look up to them.. why.. because they believe true success comes from the education of the mind in any form of doing even if it means to attend these type of courses. Like my other saying "your brain is like an engine the more you rev it the further you go"
Secondly the day was educational packed with various different topics from buying, selling advertising and much much more, group discussions,role plays and really life examples which made the course even more worth while. As it gave us the opportunity to see what differernt tattics we could use to open and closed sales and to negotiate a property at a below the market valve.
I think i've said enough and now its down to you to judge for your self..? so if you have the desire to learn and know when something a definite must and your moneys worth i don't think i need to say more..!
I'm also sure some one or another will make a point of giving me they views where its totally opposite to mine.. thats fine, coz if we were all the same we could be boring. Any way it been lovely expressing my points of view, i hope i've helped some in a decision to go... follow your heart not others. Thats the best third piece of advise i can give..!!!!!!!!!!!

| Before attending the property course I was searching for answers and found it hard to gain the confidence to enter the seemingly close network of property investors. I thought I could call Estate Agents for juicy deals, or find them by becoming a known investor.
Glenn changed all that in one day!
His down to earth approach along with role play and real life examples showed me that there is no real secret that stops us from achieving. Confidence along with specific techniques, of which I gained BOTH at the event allowed us to jump in and go for it.
Our strategy was instantly changed and the results speak for themselves.
After two weeks we had the first deal in, and a further two weeks down the line had brought in a further three. All these deals had £20k profit each, so thats £80k in total, and after being a plasterer on £20k a YEAR, I have definitely learned the value of this course!

Wow, what a course!
Thanks to this man and Rialto I am now sunning in Goa, India. They give you all you need and then with your own slant to there magical formula there is no stopping anyone who is prepared to put in the time and effort the results come out automatically at the other end.........the biggest secret is......JUST KEEP ON DOING IT.
As its a numbers game you might not strike a deal for a while or it might be quite early on, but either way dont give up.....I promise you it works and we get the added satisfaction of being able to help others in the package, now thats not bad is it?

Hi all,
I can whole heartedly recomend Glenns course, having already read Rialtos excellent manual I decided I wanted to take a look at repossesion angels and the best way to do this was to go and see them in person. Glenn suggested I attend his course and I agreed although was not sure that it would be that beneficial having already read rialtos manual but wanted to speak personaly to the people behind Repossession angels before parting with any money.
I found the course to be excellent and complimented my existing knowledge rather than duplicating it.
Any way one month after attending I have stopped one repossession (thanks for the additional help Glenn) and done 2 deals

I like many I expect was cautious as to what I would get from this, but after meeting Glenn & Nick after I had attended the (G&A) Property course the previous weekend I was immediately impressed.
I was fortunate enough to spend the day with Glenn & Nick last Friday. The day was structured around visiting Glennâs numerous properties where he openly shared how each deal was structured and why.
We spent some time in HQ where I met many of his fabulous team and looked at what I wanted to achieve and how Glenn & Nick could help to achieve it. To kick off Glenn set me up with a business model that I could use to generate an income that would enable me to quit my (well paid) job within a couple of months. Itâs so ridiculously easy it borders on embarrassing. (and has nothing at all to do with property).
I was privy to several telephone conversations which Glenn spoke to perspective clients. That in itself was priceless, it gave me a massive amount of confidence. In one of these conversations he concluded a deal in which he made more money that my wife & myself earn in a YEAR! If that had been me I would have stopped the car and ran up and down the road with my underpants on my head lol. It was that exciting I nearly asked Glenn to stop the car so I could do it anyway!!!
After I had been with Glenn about 2 hours we spoke what my expectations were. My reply to Glenn was âmuch, much more than they were 2 hours agoâ. (they increased by the hour all through the day)
I canât imagine for a second that I will ever be as successful as Glenn, but I would be very happy indeed to get within 20% of his success. He (and Nick) are incredibly generous with their time and amazingly open.
If you have any thoughts about becoming serious in this business, then I cannot recommend highly enough that you talk to Glenn.
There are moments in your life when you just know something has changed it forever. For me meeting Glenn was that moment.
