How can I book? Simply go to the bookings page or contact us page. Can I pay by Credit Card or Cheque? Yes simply arrange payment with our office - see the contact us page. Why are you running a course if your system works so well? The property portfolio's established by the team and many others using this system are very profitable. The fact that this system works so well commands a high price. After all we are passing the knowledge and experience on that will enable you to build a successful and profitable portfolio. Indeed, in developing the system mistakes were made along the way - and the system has been refined and perfected as a result. By us passing this tried and tested system on, a lot of the risks and mistakes are taken out - you learn from our experiences. And for that the course fee is a very small price to pay. We also enjoy seeing other people become successful and achieving their financial freedom goals and securing their financial futures. You'll find a great team and community spirit with us all helping each other along. This sense of community can reap huge rewards and fast track your success - property can be a lonely business at times and having a strong group of like minded people will really benefit us all, and that will help pick you up when times get tough. If you achieve just one "average" property purchase at £30,000 below market value during your time at the course - and we'll do as much as we can to help you to this - you'll easily get a significant return on the funds invested in the course. Do you offer properties for sale? No we do not source properties for you or sell you any properties. If we find good deals in the areas we target, we will buy them ourselves! We teach you how to find properties at the right price in the right area (as close to you as is feasible). What is the focus of the course? The core theme of the course is teaching you the system we have developed for buying property at 15-25% (or more) below market value. Making money when you buy the property rather than when you sell is the key ingredient of successful property investors. The course focuses on residential (not new build) rather than commercial property, and drills down into all the essential elements that make people successful investors. Do you cover off plan or overseas property? No, our system is developed and devoted to existing UK residential property only. Can you provide a team (brokers, solicitors etc.) to help me? Yes we can. We do not stand there telling you that you need a broker, solicitor, accountant and investors and then leave you to try and find them all yourself (unlike some other courses). The system we have developed is the complete solution, and by that we mean we show you how to find property below market value and give you access to the full team of solicitors accountants and brokers that are familiar with our system to enable you to transact smoothly and at low cost. We use this team ourselves, and so they are good at what they do, know our system well, and are very competitively priced. Do I have to use your team? No absolutely not. You are free to use the same team as us, or just the parts that you need if you already have some elements in place. I am a complete novice at property investment - is this course for me? Yes! You can learn the system and follow it step by step. We're on hand to answer any questions you have and you'll find our network of experts and experience will help you overcome any problems and keep you on track. Why a one year course over 10 days? Spreading the course out over a year gives you the opportunity to digest the information and get things implemented at the end of each session. You'll gain plenty of knowledge and information to get your business underway after the first couple of sessions - then it's a case of perfecting the system and getting more specialist (but essential) knowledge to develop and refine your business. Setting things up this way enables you to balance your existing work and lifestyle commitments with developing a new business. We have found a smooth transition over a period of time works better than a big bang approach where it's all to easy to put the course notes away and forget about it. This way you commit for a year and we make sure you work hard to achieve the goals and success your desire. You'll also be meeting every month with other course attendees and this community spirit will help ensure that you see things through to the end to ensure that you achieve your financial freedom goals.
