	1. Following booking you have a 7 day cooling of period in which you can cancel and receive a full refund (less administrative charges) 2. Deposits are non refundable. In exceptional circumstances we may be able to reallocate your place or defer it to a future course date. 3. Monthly payments must be made in full every month. Withdrawing from the course part way through does not entitle you to a refund and you remain obligated to pay the full course fee. 4. If you are unable to attend one of the course days, you can nominate a friend to take your place for that day.
