I don’t need Glenn’s help often, but he is the expert in the repossession process, and in this past 10 days he has helped me with two deals; the first with advice regarding valuation, and the second with a property already repossessed.
These deals are creating cash flow for me, netting me a minimum of £40,000 of equity – and each is transforming the lives of a struggling family. One repossessed couple are forced to live in a caravan, the wife disabled, and will now be able to return to their home and rent it back.
The financial system of bridging and refinancing which Glenn has evolved, together with solicitors who understand what I am trying to achieve, means exchange and completion take place quickly and smoothly. It makes the process simple for me, means that I am effectively a cash buyer, and relieves the vendors of all the stresses of selling their home.

Just a quick note to say thanks.
People in the UK are quick to complain and slow to say thanks, and I don't put myself in that category - you need to give credit where credit is due.
Having spent £25k nearly 10 years ago on a franchise that had no substance at all, despite doing 2 years of research, it very nearly caused me to have a nervous breakdown.
Actually I have since become very good friends with someone who was diagnosed to HAVING such a breakdown whilst working in financial services.
Having listened to him and what happened, its now possible that I did have a breakdown but was too proud/stubborn to ask for help.
Indeed, we came within a day or two losing the lot and ending up in a council flat, but it was my stubborn belief that we would "make it" that kept me going when it would have been easier to have gone onto benefits.
I could write a book about the things that didn't work - market trading, hot food trailer on markets, petrol station operator, pub landlord, contract cleaning franchise, salesman of more things that I can remember, plus my current role as a mortgage adviser.
However, the best money that I have ever spent were the Saturday BMV course and the Friday mentoring day with you.
My only regret was that waited for 12 months or so for the e-mails from G&A to wear me down.
I equally had to buy the Rich Dad cashflow game on my to-do list for about 3 years, and within a week of buying it I knew I'd wasted that time.
Since coming on to see you for those 2 days in September/October I have since bought 5 BMV's with £130k of equity and about £30k cashback.
There are another 4 deals agreed with about £90k of equity and £20k or so of cashback.
We are really only just getting going and putting systems into place and I'm really excited about the business and the future.
